Information We Collect
- Information you provide. When you submit a contact or evaluation request, we collect your name, business email address, company name, phone number (if provided), and the contents of your message.
- Account information. If you create an account to access a client portal or dashboard, we collect your login credentials and related profile details.
- Technical & usage information. Our servers and hosting providers may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited to keep the site secure and operational. We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics and monitoring tools to understand site usage and reliability: Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights (aggregate traffic and performance metrics, no cross-site advertising cookies) and Sentry (application error monitoring).
We do not use third-party advertising networks or behavioral ad-tracking pixels on this website, and we do not sell your personal information.
How We Use Information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request.

- To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
- To comply with legal obligations.
SMS / Text Messaging
FDC may send SMS text messages for operational and account-related purposes, including internal scheduling and calendar reminders for personnel and, where you have opted in, communications related to your engagement.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who support our services (for example, our SMS delivery provider) is permitted solely to carry out the messaging you have requested. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
- Consent. You consent to receive text messages by providing your mobile number for that purpose. Message frequency varies.
- Rates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.

How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate our business (such as hosting, email, and SMS delivery vendors), and only to the extent needed to perform those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
Your Blueprint
Our homepage lets you describe your business and receive a draft blueprint. Here is how that works:
- What we collect. Your answers (the kind of business you run, what is slowing it down in your own words, the tools you use, and your team size), your website address if you give it to us, and, if you unlock the full blueprint, your name, email address and company name. If you book a time to talk, we also keep the time you picked and the calendar event created for it. To limit abuse we store a one-way hash of your IP address, never the address itself, along with your browser's user agent.
- Why. To draft your blueprint, to email you a private link to it, to set up the call if you book one, and so our team can follow up with you about it. We do not add you to a marketing list.
- Your website. If you give us your website address, we read that public page once to see which common tools it uses. We do not log in to anything or read other pages. We keep what that read found (the page title, its description and the tools detected) with your blueprint.
- AI processing. Your answers are processed by an AI provider (Anthropic) to choose the builds in your blueprint and to write their descriptions, the example of your finished system and the example day. Under its commercial terms, the provider does not use them to train its models.
- AI-generated content. Your blueprint is an automated, AI-generated draft. The example system screen, the example day and the time estimate are illustrations based on your answers and simple assumptions, not a quote, proposal, guarantee or professional advice. We review the blueprint with you before anything is built or priced.
- Service providers. Your blueprint is stored with our database provider (Supabase) on our hosting provider (Vercel), and the emails are sent through our email provider (Resend). If you book a time, the calendar invite and video link are created with Google Workspace (Google Calendar and Google Meet), and our team receives a short text alert with your name and company through our SMS provider (Twilio). We do not text you.
- Your private link. Anyone with your blueprint link can open it, so share it only with people you trust.
- Retention and deletion. If you start a blueprint but never unlock it, we automatically delete it after 90 days. If you unlock a blueprint but do not book a call, we automatically delete it 24 months after it was created. If you book a call, we keep your blueprint as part of our business records until you ask us to delete it. You can ask us to delete your blueprint at any time by emailing support@frankdataconsultants.com or using the contact details below. Please do not include patient, client or payment details in your answers.
Data Retention & Security
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and to meet legal requirements, including the automatic deletion schedule for blueprints described above. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details below. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Use of AI
FDC uses artificial intelligence tools to help generate and automate certain analyses and communications. Our work product is reviewed by our team, and outputs should be independently verified before being relied upon for decisions.
Children's Privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Terms of Use
Your use of our website, including the blueprint tool, is also governed by our Terms of Use.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will update the "Last updated" date above.
