These SMS Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the text messaging program operated by Frank Data Consultants Inc ("FDC," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages from FDC, you agree to these Terms.
Program Description
FDC's messaging program sends operational and account-related text messages. This includes internal scheduling and calendar reminders for FDC personnel and, where applicable, engagement-related communications to individuals who have provided their number for that purpose. We do not use this program to send marketing or promotional messages to consumers.
Consent
You opt in by providing your mobile number to FDC for the purpose of receiving these messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your scheduled activity. Recipients of calendar reminders typically receive a small number of messages per day on days with scheduled events.
Costs
FDC does not charge for the messages themselves, but message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt Out
You can cancel the messaging program at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages unless you opt back in by replying START.

For help, reply HELP or contact us at greg@frankdataconsultants.com. For questions about your mobile plan, contact your wireless carrier.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Mobile information and opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
