A fitness coach that starts from your history
Dux Coach is our own product: a log-first AI fitness coach for iPhone and iPad. We designed it, built it and took it through App Store review. It is free to download today.

Most fitness apps feel like paperwork
Most fitness apps ask you to fill in forms: search a food database, pick a serving size, enter every set by hand. Then they keep score with streaks, so one missed day resets the counter and the app starts to feel like a judgment. People stop logging, and a coach with no data has nothing useful to say.
Log first, then coach
Text, voice or photo
Type it, say it or snap a photo of a plate or a nutrition label. The app files the meal, workout, weigh-in or supplement, so logging takes seconds instead of a form.
A coach that remembers
Every log becomes context. Ask what to eat tonight or how to adjust a lift, and the answer starts from your own numbers, your schedule and the limits you mentioned.
Plans that adapt, with your approval
Weekly check-ins look at what actually happened and propose changes, including a lighter week when that is what the data says. Nothing changes until you approve it.
No streaks, no guilt
There is no counter to reset. Miss a week and your history is still there, and the coach picks up from it.
How we build AI products, end to end
We design, build and ship production AI apps, from the first sketch to an approved listing in the App Store. A few principles carried Dux Coach from idea to launch.
Design around how people behave
People will tell a coach what they ate. Few will fill in a food diary every day. Removing the form mattered more than adding features.
The data is the product
An AI coach is only as useful as the history it works from, so logging, storage and the history views got as much care as the coaching itself.
People stay in control
The coach proposes and the person decides. It stays within general wellness, never gives dosing advice, and users can export or delete their data at any time.
Shipping is part of the job
A working demo is not a product. Dux Coach went through privacy and consent design, testing on real devices and Apple's App Store review before it launched.
See it for yourself at duxcoach.com or download Dux Coach free on the App Store.
Dux Coach is a general wellness app, not a medical device, and does not give medical advice. Available on iPhone and iPad.
We build for clients the same way
The same end-to-end approach, from first design to a live app in customers' hands, goes into our client work: custom software, internal tools and AI features built around how a business actually runs.
